Ingredients:

4 tablespoons chia seeds (I used Kaizen Living)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used PhD Nutrition)

1 teaspoon Mighty Matcha Tea Powder

1 cup coconut milk (I used The Coconut Company)

½ cup coconut water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings:

Mango chunks
-
Pomegranate seeds

Coconut chips
The night before, simply mix the chia pudding ingredients together in a kilner jar. Leave in the fridge. In the morning, give everything a good stir again and add more liquid if it’s too thick. Spoon into a bowl and add your toppings - add whatever you want but this combination works well. Now tuck in!
